OJN Talent Management established in 2025.
Founded in 2025 by lead agent Oliver Nicholls, our agency was built on a passion for discovering and nurturing new talent. We believe in giving a voice to creatives who often struggle to find their place in the industry.
With a strong commitment to supporting working-class actors, we aim to level the playing field and open doors for performers from all walks of life. From newly graduated talent taking their first steps, to established professionals seeking bold new directions, we’re here to represent, empower, and elevate.

Our Team
Lead Agent - Oliver Nicholls
Oliver graduated in 2022 from the BA Acting program at Italia Conti, bringing with him not only a strong foundation in performance but a deep understanding of the industry’s demands. Since graduating, he has worked as an actor across various mediums, gaining first-hand experience that now informs his work as an agent.
Outside of the Entertainment world, Oliver is a lifelong Wolverhampton Wanderers supporter and has been a season ticket holder for over 16 years. He also enjoys playing football, cricket, and golf whenever time allows.
